These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeconic website and services operated by Zeconic LLC ("Zeconic," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

To purchase project documents or access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior.

2. Services

Zeconic provides construction project solutions including quantity takeoffs, estimating services, CPM scheduling, and related project documentation. Through our marketplace, users can purchase access to project document packages.

3. Purchases & Access

When you purchase access to a project, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download the associated project documents for your own use. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Upon successful payment, access is granted immediately. You may download and use the documents for the project they were purchased for. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased documents with third parties.

4. Refund Policy

Because digital documents are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased documents, or if you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info@zeconic.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zeconic website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and project documents — is the property of Zeconic or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Purchased project documents are licensed for your use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the documents except as necessary for the construction project they pertain to.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or content
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Circumvent access controls or payment requirements

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and project documents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive for accuracy, Zeconic does not warrant that project documents are error-free or suitable for any specific construction application. Users are responsible for verifying all information and consulting qualified professionals before relying on any documents for construction purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeconic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zeconic in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeconic from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
